New Richmond Mayors Court meets the first Tuesday of each month. Court sessions begin promptly at 4:30pm

New Richmond Mayors Court has a public defenders service:

You cannot obtain a public defender for a minor misdemeanor
You have to report to court on your assigned court date to request a public defender
You must financially qualify for a public defender

In the state of Ohio:

Insurance follows the vehicle. Not the person. When driving a vehicle make sure there is an insurance card in vehicle. If you are stopped by a police officer, you must provide proof of insurance. If proof is not in the vehicle, you must bring proof when paying you citation or coming to court. Failure to do this will result in a FRA suspension by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles
