​Need transportation? 

Clermont Transportation Connection (CTC) provides transportation service to any person in Clermont County. All vehicles are wheelchair accessible. 
  • ​CTC Route 2X provides non-stop express service from the Rivertown Market Park & Ride (1041 Old St Rt 52) to 4 bus stops in downtown. Learn more at their website here or view brochure. ​
  • DIAL-A-RIDE is a door-to-door public transit service which operates very similar to a taxi cab. To schedule a ride, call 513-732-7433 & press 2 or schedule online here.
  • Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NET) is available to persons on Medicaid and provides transportation services to and from medical appointments.

Clermont Senior Services, Inc. provides transportation for Clermont County seniors age 60 and over who need assistance to attend medical and other appointments. All vehicles accommodate standard size wheelchairs. To learn more, visit their website or call 513-536-4115.

 ​​The Village of New Richmond contracts with Rumpke for curbside trash collection & recycling.  

​Pick-up is every Wednesday.  (Holiday schedule here. )

​Please be considerate and place your trash cans out no earlier than 12 Noon the day before pick-up and retrieve no later than 7:00 PM day of pick-up.

Rumpke Recycling
  • Residents can order a recycling bin by calling the Utility Dept. at 553-2001

​​* Rumpke will not pick up your recyclables if any of the following are in the bin:
​• Plastic bags • Styrofoam • Medical sharps or syringes • Window glass or drinking glasses • Coat hangers or scrap metal • Plastics that are not bottles or jugs 
                                 BRUSH PICK-UP
The Village supplies brush pick-up to our residents (* with limitations) at no cost. Brush collection begins the last week of April and ends with the last week of October. ​

If you wish to have brush collected please stack it at the curb in a neat pile no more than 3 days prior to the last week of the month.

​*Brush should be no longer than 10 feet in length and 3 inches in diameter. Anything larger will be left for you to dispose of in another fashion at your own expense. When having trees trimmed please be considerate and have the brush hauled away.
